Lifesavers! are instructional sessions on a plethora of subjects that are geared toward giving students the tools they need to succeed. Virtual, Live, and Self-Paced sessions are offered. Virtual and Live Sessions are typically one hour in length and Self-Paced sessions allow the student to learn at one's own pace.
To attend these Virtual or Live sessions, visit the Lifesavers! Calendar, click on the event, and click on the button that says Begin Registration. After you enter your name and email to register for the event, you must enroll in the Lifesavers! Course in order to receive credit for the session, and your certificate. Enrollment is how you access the Self-Paced sessions.
Instructions are as follows
Login to Blackboard using your MyGator credentials.
Scan the QR code for the Lifesavers! Course. After scanning the QR code, the page will open in a new tab.
Click on “+ Enroll” located on the left.
Click on Submit button.
Click the OK button located at the bottom right.
You are now enrolled in this course page.
Lifesavers! should now appear in your list of courses.
